Good day! My colleagues and I visited the beautiful city of Chicago from February 21-23, 2025. We stayed at this hotel and liked it, It has excellent staff, namely managers Wendy and Rebecca. Walking distance to our destination. They gave us an extra hour after check out.

During the week, there was a problem with plumbing and they sent maintenance right away to fix the problem, which was impressive. Also, when I needed supplies, they were very cordial and receptive to my needs.

The Manager Jasmina in 1201 Blg was really nice. But the heavy set guy in 1209 blg that working on Fri around 5:30pm. His attitude was very foul. He was interested looking at the tablet than talking with me. His responses was cut and dry. He will run customers away. Eventually he told me I was in the 1201 bldg.

The staff was incredible. Teresa was professional and very kind. The room was very comfortable and very clean. I only spent one night and left very early to pick up someone at o'hare. It was a really pleasant experience and a good value.
